YYQW series gas oil fired thermal oil boiler is a kind of boiler which uses gas(oil) as fuel ,thermal oil as medium, hot oil circulation pump to make the medium to forced circulation, deliver the heat to heating need equipments and then go back to the heating furnace.It can obtain a high operating temperature at low pressure and can do high-precision control on the medium. This series boiler has compact structure. The heating area is constituted by close-knit coil pipes from inside to outside.Inside coil pipes are the radiation heating surface, and the outer surface of inside coil pipes and outside coil pipes form a convection heating surface.Fuel burn fully in the combustion chamber, the radiation heating surface absorb most heat, and then high temperature flue gas goes into convection heating surface to exchange heat, then go into the air preheater (or waste heat boiler) to heat the required (or water).at last, the low temperature flue gas discharges to the atmosphere through the chimney.

Main Feature

1. It can obtain low-pressure and high-temperature heat medium, which is convenient to adjust, provides uniform heat supply, and can meet the requirements of higher process temperatures.
2. Liquid-phase circulation heating, with no heat loss due to condensation and emission, ensures high thermal efficiency of the heating system.
3. There are compensation technical measures within the system for the volume changes of the working medium due to heating, heat release and temperature fluctuations.
4. Before the circulating heating, there are strict technical measures to control the content of air, moisture and other low-volatile substances in the working medium.

Boiler Structure Diagram

The thermal oil boiler directly heats the thermal oil with a heat source and then transports the heated thermal oil to the heat-using equipment through a high-temperature oil pump in a liquid-phase circulation. The heated thermal oil then returns to the thermal oil furnace for heating through the oil outlet of the heat-using equipment, forming a complete circulating heating system. The thermal oil furnace is temperature-controlled by a digital display temperature controller, which has the functions of over-temperature alarm, low oil level alarm and over-pressure alarm.
