1. First, it depends on the customer’s purpose. Steam boilers are used to produce steam and are mainly applied in industries such as food factories, chemical plants, hospitals, garment factories, and thermal power stations. Hot water boilers generate hot water and are generally used in commercial and household fields such as winter heating, bathhouse bathing, and hotel accommodation.
2.The customer requires the rated steam capacity (ton/h). The rated evaporation capacity refers to the output of water heated into steam by the boiler per hour. These are the main parameters we need to consider when selecting a boiler. The customer calculates the amount of steam required per hour based on the usage scenario. For example, mushrooms need 0.2 tons of sterilization per hour, and then calculates the appropriate amount of steam based on it
3. Select the appropriate fuel based on the customer’s own situation. For African customers, steam/oil is relatively expensive. We can recommend biomass/wood boilers to them.
4.The customer requires pressure and temperature. For instance, mushroom sterilization needs around 100 degrees. We can recommend a 0.4mpa boiler to the customer. The customer can adjust the temperature according to their needs.
