Xinda boiler
YGL series vertical biomass thermal oil boiler is a new type of special boiler, featuring low pressure and high temperature operation. Its heating temperature can reach 340℃ in the liquid phase or 400℃ in the gas phase. Organic heat carriers can be used for heating in various production scenarios where uniform and stable heating is required and direct flame heating is not allowed, and the heating temperature is between 150℃ and 380℃.
It generally uses waste wood or biomass as fuel and heat transfer oil as the medium. By means of a hot oil circulation oil pump, it forces the medium to circulate in the liquid phase, delivering heat energy to the heat-using equipment and then returning it to the heating furnace for reheating. It can achieve a high working temperature under low pressure and precisely control the operation of the medium. The system has a high heat utilization rate and is convenient for operation and maintenance. It is an ideal choice for heating equipment that is safe, efficient and energy-saving.

2. Liquid-phase circulation heating, with no heat loss due to condensation and emission, can enhance the thermal efficiency of the heating system.
3. Before the circulating heating, there are strict measures to control the content of air, moisture and other low-volatile substances in the working medium.
4. The main body is packaged with baking varnish, featuring bright and elegant colors, and is resistant to extensive corrosion.
5. Biomass pellets are used as fuel, and the fuel cost is lower than that of gas-fired thermal oil furnaces.
